Our wine program is also well thought out, focusing on very small producers who decide to work with their hands rather than machines. They have thrown out conventional fertilizers and pesticides, opting instead to use organic fertilizers or in many cases, use nothing at all. They are also careful in their winemaking and don't use addtives of any kind, including selected yeasts, enzymes or sulfur dioxide. These wines are made the way wine was made for thousands of years. Today they are known as «natural wines».
